Offered here for sale and just acquired among over 100 guns purchased this month is this fine classic High Standard Victor .22 Target pistol.
The “Victor” was introduced around 1962 in the “104 Series”. At various times it was built in Hamden, Connecticut and later at East Hartford, Connecticut. The serial-number prefix “ML” was introduced in mid-1975 when High Standard instituted letter-prefix serials. Guns with ML prefixes and serials above about “ML 25,000” are noted to have been produced in the East Hartford facility (after the move) in many cases. The “weighted barrel” and 5.5″ slab sided barrel is correct for this model.
Condition being 99% and having accessory rail/weights is nice and is certainly a pistol you can take right out to the range.
