Description:
A Sturm, Ruger & Co. manufactured model single-six in good overall condition. The finish is in decent shape overall, with some wear on the operating surfaces and some scuffs on a few of the raised edges. The scuffs are on the end of the ejector rod assembly and on the heel of the frame. The frame does have a pretty good ding on the corner just above the right grip panel. A previous owner marked the fitted .22 magnum cylinder with a touch of pink paint, presumably to be able to quickly recognize the magnum cylinder. The right-hand side of the half moon front sight does have some remnants of white paint that was applied by a previous owner. The wood grip panels are in good shape overall, with numerous small dings and dents but no major damage or cracks. The bore is in surprisingly good condition, still bright and was well cared for. This ruger revolver comes with a .22 long rifle cylinder installed in the revolver, a fitted .22 magnum cylinder, A "Hunter" branded leather holster with belt and cartridge loops sized for .22 LR, the original parts taken out by ruger when this revolver was converted to the transfer bar safety system, the instruction manual for the original single-six, the instruction manual for the transfer bar safety equipped single-six and the return slip from Ruger confirming the installation of the transfer bar safety conversion. .22 Long Rifle
