Payment Types Accepted: Check or Money Orders Description: serial #4150, 52 RF, 24” barrel with a mostly very fine bore showing some scattered light pitting and oxidation with otherwise strong rifling throughout. The barrel retains almost all of its original black leather covering, shrunken a bit near the muzzle and with some scattered dings on leather as you would expect.and light flaking, the small tabs section at rear that covers the front part of the action having been lost to the years which is very typical. The action is a pleasant mix of deep gray and nice silvery case-hardened patina showing a few light dings and sparse pinprick pits. The markings remain strong and the hammer rest safety is intact. The smooth walnut buttstock is very good plus to very fine having darkened somewhat from the years and showing some scattered old dings and a strong “M” stamp behind lower tang. The brass buttplate is a mild ocher patina. The barrel is matching the frame, the sling swivel and original sights are intact and the action seems to function well mechanically. A very good example of these interesting Civil War navy carbines. ....2nd firearm ships FREE, with this one!....S/H $60..Thanks, Greg INSURANCE IS EXTRA...I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES....Thanks Greg.
