Description:
Original Smith & Wesson factory-style presentation case, designed to hold a medium or large frame revolver (such as the Model 19, 27, or 29) with cleaning tools. The case features a blue velvet-lined interior with fitted recesses for the revolver, bore mop, brush, and rod.
Exterior is finished in rich walnut-colored wood with brass hinges and latch. The interior retains its bright blue liner and original compartment cutout. The underside of the lid and case bottom show factory production markings (“A12,” etc.) typical of S&W display boxes from the 1970s–80s era.
Overall, this is a clean and functional example—perfect for completing a collectible Smith & Wesson revolver set or for display.
Condition:
Good overall. The exterior shows light handling marks and some minor interior glue separation near corners (see photos). Liner is in good shape with light wear. Hardware functions properly and hinges are solid.
