E. Remington & Sons No. 1 Long Range Creedmoor Rolling Block rifle chambered in .44/77 Sharps. 1873-1875 estimated year of manufacture and one of a few hundred believed to have been produced. 34-inch partial octagon blued barrel with mounted adjustable globe front sight and a long-range Vernier peep sight mounted on rear tang. Initials "WB" carved into the underside of the forearm ahead of the frame. No accessories.
