"Serial number k11982. Made by Manufacture d'armes de Saint-Étienne in June 1940 with a 22.64-inch barrel that has a bright bore with strong visible rifling. Overall condition is very good with thinning original factory finish across the metallic parts & wood furniture that has been re-finished. A fine example of the MAS-36 service rifle from before to the Fall of France. Comes with a Lebel-type 13-inch cruciform bayonet.
