Description:
Part of Tisas's Night Stalker series of 1911 pistols, the Carry Bobtail Comp modernizes the classic 1911 single-stack pistol for today's carry enthusiast. The pistol is chambered in 9mm Luger with the added advantages of more capacity and lighter recoil. The pistol is built on a lightweight aluminum frame with a forged steel slide—a classic combination for carry-oriented 1911s. Other optimizations and modifications to this pistol include a 4" barrel with faster cyclic rates and an added bushing compensator to cut recoil. The slide is cut for optics using the Shield RMSc or Holosun K footprints, as well as including a set of irons comprised of a serrated black rear sight and green fiber optic front sight with orange outline. The frame has texturing on the front and back straps, underbarrel accessory rail, trigger guard undercut, and HRT frame cut around the takedown/slide lock lever. The "bobtail" cut grip feaures a rounded heel for reduced printing and more comfortable carry when concealed. The grip safety has a memory bump and extended beavertail and the pistol is equipped with an ambidextrous thumb safety. The gun has a flat-face trigger and skeletonized Delta hammer. This pistol also features a Series 70 ignition system for a favorable trigger experience. This pistol is in excellent condition with little visible wear and hardly any carbon buildup visible on the compensator. The action is extremely smooth and is an excellent baseline for a 1911 pistol for carry or even competition use.
