Winchester Model 94AE Legacy made in New Haven, CT, desirable caliber 44 Rem Mag, 24" round barrel with dovetailed front sight, semi-buckhorn rear sight, full mag, checkered walnut stocks, uncapped pistol grip, push button safety in receiver, Winchester logo plastic butt plate, blued finish, lever action rifle with rebounding hammer and top of receiver factory drilled/tapped/plugged for scope mount.
CONDITION: Rifle is 99.5% overall showing very little signs of use, just one nick on the right side of the butt stock, no marks or oxidation to any of the bluing, has been fired but bore is a 9.9 of 10. Safety functions properly. No box or paperwork. Scarce version in a very desirable caliber.
TERMS: Must ship to FFL dealer only, no C&R. 3 day non-firing inspection. Buyer pays return shipping.
