Winchester Model 9422 XTR Classic, made in New Haven, CT, caliber .22 short, long and long rifle, factory 22.5" round barrel with ramped/hooded front sight, semi-buckhorn rear sight, factory 20" mag tube with brass inner feed tube, uncheckered plain stocks with satin finish, capped pistol grip, steel crescent butt plate, receiver factory grooved for scope mount, old-style half cock safety, blued finish, lever action rifle.
CONDITION: Barrel has small nick above right side fore arm, otherwise 99% original blue. Mag tube 99% original blue with a small nick left side by the barrel band. Inner feed tube locks tightly and moves easily. Butter-smooth action with a properly working half cock safety. Front sight hood and butt plate have oxidation from being stored wet. Stocks show multiple nicks and dings with significant dents on the forearm left side and on the left wrist of the butt stock. Bore is super bright and shiny, have been fired (round count unknown) but taken care of, a 9.9 of 10. Although cosmetically not perfect, it's still a highly collectible version as it was only available from 1985 to 1987. No box or paperwork.
