Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a sweet and hard to find rifle. It is a Remington 700 BDL DM Mountain Rifle chambered for 260 Remington. This rifle has a detachable magazine and a nice walnur stock that is checkered and has an ebony fore end tip. The rifle is fitted with a Leupold Rifleman 4-12x40 scope. These rifles are very hard to find, especially in the 260 Remington. The rifle weighs just 7.5 pounds including the Leupold scope. Great rifle for long shots on medium game. Thanks for looking!
