Description:
This Omega III was produced in Flower Mound, Texas in the 1970s, until the company was sold to Hi-Shear. Hi-Shear moved the production to California after the sale. This rifle is a very nice example of the Omega III's that were designed and manufactured by Homer Koon at the original Omega Arms company in Texas. This example has an octagon shaped receiver with jeweled bolt, internal rotary magazine. The left side of the receiver is marked "OMEGA III / BY H KOON.". The stock set is a two piece nicely figured pistol grip stock with a rosewood tip forend, engraved grip cap, Monte Carlo comb with cheekpiece, sling swivel studs, and a vented Omega III recoil pad. 7mm Remington Magnum

Metal Condition: About 95% with some minor marks on the barrel and freckling on the left side lower receiver.
Wood Condition: "The stock set rates about 90% overall with minor handling marks. No major dents, cracks or chips.

Triggers: Single trigger.
