Description:
An excellent and scarce Pre WWII model 99H Barrel Band Carbine in .303 Savage caliber. Bore and chamber are excellent. Fitted with a period Weaver K2.5 El Paso made riflescope on early Redfield base and mounts - probably just the way it left the hardware store back in the day. Stock and forend have very interesting carving - I'm told it could have been factory but I believe done by an individual with talent.
