Whitney Kennedy Lever Action Rifle 44 WCF cal Bore VG , Mech needs some parts, Wood VG forearm is VG plus and the stock VG looks like a toe chip repair. Has an original buttplate with compartment. Has an original 24” Rd Barrel with original front sight and an insert in the rear dovetail, has 44 WCF cal marking and a VG address marking. The magazine tube has the follower and spring. The receiver has a serial# A12 on the top tang side also has the patent date markings on the top tang. Its missing the trigger bar, hammer ,dust cover, loading gate and the carrier. Metal overall has an aged grey patina finish with some fine pitting mainly on the front edges of the receiver. Has the Early S lever. Early S lever.. A very worthwhile project.
