The Sig Sauer MCX Virtus Patrol Rifle is one of the most adaptable rifles on the market, with over 500 configurations available. The 16" barrel is cold-hammer forged and completely interchangeable by the user. For the shooter interested in customizing their own AR, the possibilities of the MCX Virtus are virtually inexhaustible.
True to their reputation, Sig Sauer provides a solid foundation for these configurations. This compact firearm reduces recoil thanks to an internal recoil system, and the Matchlite Duo trigger increases accuracy.
The MCX Virtus Patrol Rifle is part of Sig Sauer’s MCX family, which all use short-stroke gas piston systems for lower recoil and better reliability. They are a newer line, first appearing in 2015 and growing in popularity ever since.
