THE RIFLE IS FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTIOMN. The rifle is in near PERFECT condition exhibiting only light handeling marks that will not photograph. I can not attest that the rifle has never been fired but it appears to be unfired. The rifle was manufactured in 1952, the first year of production. It is in .35 Remington. The receiver HAS NOT BEEN DRILLED or Tapted. I purchased the rifle 12 years ago from on individual who stated that he had it in his collection for over 22 years. I kept the rifle in a thermistat controlled enviotment in a safe. The bluing is mint and is the entire rifle. I do not have the original box. The original packing material that is located between the butt plate and stock is still there! I am not a Remington collector but the caliber and condition definately got my attention. I estimate that the rifle has been in one collection or another for a very long time. I will answer any and all questions and provide additional pics upon request.
