Description:
The Colt LE6940 Carbines are lightweight, gas operated, magazine fed, 5.56 Nato caliber carbines. They are based on the M16/M4 series of rifles and incorporate the same safety features as those firearms. The unique design of the Colt LE Carbines feature a monolithic upper receiver with MIL-STD-1913 rails at the 12, 3, and 9 o'clock positions as well as a lower rail system with a MIL-STD-1913 rail at the 6 o'clock position.
