Description:
The model 70 Classic Sporter is a return to the days when Winchester produced the controlled-feed Mauser Model 70. The bore is good, but there are some issues with rust and finish wear. On the other hand, this will be a nice gun for someone to hunt, as it is "broken-in" already, and unhappy accidents won't be quite so unhappy. Or, with some TLC, it could be brought up to snuff. .270 Winchester

Metal Condition: Good. There are a number of patches of rust on the barrel and floor plate.
Wood Condition: Fair. Finish is damaged a bit with many scratches and scuffs. The heel has a 3/4 inch chip out of the right side.
Bore Condition: Shiny and bright with good rifling.
Barrels: 24 inches not including BOSS
Triggers: Factory trigger.
Stock Dimensions:
