Smith & Wesson Model 2 Army .32 Smith & Wesson Long. 6in octagon tipup barrel with rosewood grips. The revolver is in excellent condition retaining most of the bluing. Bluing is worn off backstrap and forestrap. Rosewood grips show very little ware and are numbered to the revolver. Barrel is bright as are the cylinder bores. Manufactured from 1861-1864 with a total production of 77,155. A popular sidearm for soldiers during the Civil War. There is a copy of a letter of authenticity from Roy Jinks. historian
