"Serial No. 206s, manufactured in 1916 and later converted to 8×56mmR during the 1930s, fitted with a 30 ½" round barrel. Bore is good with strong rifling noted. Bolt and receiver are matching, and the barrel shank is marked with the Austrian military acceptance “WN / Eagle / 16." Metal shows an honest service appearance consistent with its period of use. Stock remains in good condition with light handling impressions throughout. A classic Austro-Hungarian straight-pull rifle reflecting its interwar conversion history. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
