MODEL ’90 IN SCARCE AND DESIRABLE .22 LONG RIFLE CHAMBERING, #703XXX, MADE 1925. A used, but well cared for example, this one retains fine barrel blue with only minor age/wear. The mag tube blue has aged to an uncleaned gray/brown. Similarly, the receiver shows blue in the most protected areas and good thinning blue on the bolt with the balance aged to a natural and uncleaned mixture of gray/brown. All markings are sharp and clear, exc. forend, stock shows only some very light handling marks mainly on the left side of the wrist- again, very minor. Stock has not been sanded or refinished and shows tight wood to metal fit. Exc. markings, tight action and takedown with matching numbers, strong safety half-cock on the hammer and excellent bore. Original M-90 small rear buckhorn sight with small blade/bead front sight. A solid 101 year old .22 Long Rifle Model 90. Hard to find in this caliber.
