Description:
The C.S. Shattuck revolver is a .32 caliber, five-shot, single-action handgun featuring a pivoting cylinder design and spur trigger. It is built with a 2.5-inch octagon barrel and fixed sights. The revolver shows a nickel finish that has aged to a gray patina, consistent with its antique status. The hammer and trigger retain faint traces of original case coloring.
This example is used. Brown checkered hard rubber grips are fitted to the frame and remain intact with no visible cracks or chips. The mechanical action is described as functional, operating in single-action mode through the spur trigger system. The bore condition is noted as fair to good, showing some shine along with areas of pitting. Overall surface wear and patina reflect age and use typical for revolvers of this era.
No accessories or packaging are included beyond the revolver itself. The firearm retains its original fixed sight arrangement and octagonal barrel profile. All major components—the frame, cylinder, barrel, hammer, and grips—are consistent with the period C.S. Shattuck design and configuration.
