Description:
Manufactured at the Springfield Armory in 1913 and is in outstanding condition.  Beautiful Tiger Stripped Stock in very good condition. See pictures and it is nicer than pictures show !  Receiver is Case Hardend, only a few had this done and especially afte the war began. Bore is very good, bright and shiny. That is a surplus 30.06 cartridge in the muzzel.  Don't know where it has been in it's lifetime except for the years I have owned it, but it sure wasn't abused !  The action is as tight as the day it was made.  Barrel is stamped S.A.  Flaming bomb and 03-13.  Bayonet is stamped OL  Flaming Bomb and 1908.  Included:  US Military Carry Case, Original Leather Sling, Bayonet & Scabbard,  4 Stripper Clips for ease of loading and Cleaning Kit, complete.  I am 82, a US Army Veteran and selling my collection.  See my other listings on this site. Shipping is $75 to your FFL for pickup.  If you want full insurance add $1.50 per 100.  FedEx only covers first $100 of damage or loss. Payment by USPS Money Order, Cashiners Check or VENMO.    NO CALIFORNIA SHIPPING !
