Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is an absolutely awesome Ruger #1 chambered for 7x57 Mauser. This rifle has upgraded unchecker wood and looks fantastic with a few small dings from hunting time. The bore is very good and the rifle shoots perfectly. No issues, just a beautiful example of a classic American hunting rifle in a mild shooting but deadly classic European chambering.
