Description:
26 inch round barrels chambered in 45-70 caliber for the rifle and 3 inch chamber 20 gauge for the shotgun. Marked on top of the rib is "Blissett and Son High Holborn London." Barrels have been refinished a long time ago and still retain about 90% of the professional refinish. Sights include a blade front with 4-leaf folding express rear. Receiver has traces of case colors remaining with the balance turning a silver/gray patina. Back action locks are very delicately engraved and marked "Blissett and Son". Double hammers. Double triggers with bottom opener. Nicely figured European Circassian Walnut stocks with shotgun style buttplate. Checkering has been freshened and looks good. Complete with sling eyes. Smooth sharp crisp action. Beautiful looking gun!
