Antique Harrington & Richardson - “ Young America ” - medium frame Double Action Revolver. First Model , 3rd Variation Solid Frame, Nickel finish, 5 shot — 2 ½” Octagon barrel — Ammo used: .32 S&W short and long. SN 1650. These revolvers were manufactured from 1898 - 1904 . serial number indicates it was issue in 1898.
Made for Black Powder Cartridges.

Condition: 2 ½” octagon barrel with a very nice bore showing strong rifling throughout. The metal surfaces retain about most of the original nickel with the typical very light scratches and handling marks for a revolver this age but still looks very nice . Some minor wear to the cylinder probably from storage . Correct grips remain in good condition with minor scratches and handling marks. Please judge for yourself from the photos. Mechanically the revolver works good in single or double action with good timing and nice lock-up. Tight hammer spring and hard trigger pull.
Despite its age, this revolver is in good mechanical condition and has been well-maintained over the years. It's a true collector's item that's also functional in very good condition with minor wear and tear consistent with age. A nice revolver for a firearms collector, a history buff, or just looking for a unique piece to add to your gun collection
