Description:
This classic Bayard exposed hammer shotgun is a nice shooter-grade collectible imported from Belgium. Exact serial number records are not available, but research indicates its manufacture in the range of 1915-1921, due to the absence of a Greek letter date stamp, which they started using in 1922, a review of the serial number range in the available literature, and the smokeless powder markings "POUR POUDRES VIVES" on the steel. Condition is well represented by the photographs. No box or case is included. 16 Gauge
