Description:
The Walther P38 is a German semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger. Manufactured by Walther, this model features the classic double-action/single-action system that became a hallmark of mid-20th-century military sidearms. The P38 design incorporates a steel frame and slide with an exposed barrel and open-top configuration, contributing to its distinctive mechanical appearance. Operationally, the P38 uses a short-recoil, locked-breech action with a pivoting locking block. It is equipped with a manual safety lever located on the slide and a decocking function integrated into the same control. The pistol feeds from an eight-round detachable magazine. This P38 is used, consistent with its age and historical manufacture period. Surfaces and mechanical components reflect the design typical of wartime German production, including machined steel parts and fixed sights. Includes a leather holster.
