This double-action/single-action design features a seven-shot cylinder and a nickel-finished steel frame. The revolver incorporates a top-break mechanism for loading and extraction, consistent with Iver Johnson’s early 20th-century production. Fixed sights are mounted along the barrel rib, and the overall layout reflects the compact rimfire pattern typical of the company’s small-frame revolvers. The revolver is used. The frame and barrel retain a nickel finish, complemented by a case-colored hammer showing some fading consistent with age. The black rubber grips feature the Iver Johnson owl motif and checkering pattern. Mechanical configuration includes both single-action and double-action trigger operation, with timing and lockup designed for the seven-shot cylinder. The bore condition is described as shootable with visible rifling and shine, and the extractor system functions through the break-open hinge design. The serial number is 17895, aligning with production from the early 1900s. Included are the original black rubber grips attached to the revolver. No additional accessories or packaging are specified. The revolver qualifies under Curio & Relic classification due to its age and manufacturer origin. All major components—frame, barrel, cylinder, and grips—are present in matching configuration for this model.
