Description:
The H&R 1871 Young America Double Action revolver is chambered in .22 Short and built on a steel frame with a blued finish. It uses a double-action/single-action trigger system and holds seven rounds in its cylinder. The barrel measures 2 inches and is octagonal in profile, consistent with the compact configuration typical of this model. Fixed sights are mounted on the top strap. The revolver features black rubber grips and a solid steel frame construction.
This revolver is used. The left grip panel has a chip at the bottom edge, and the bore shows darkening consistent with age. The mechanical action remains strong, operating in both double- and single-action modes. Surface wear is visible on the blued finish, typical for an older firearm. The serial number is 292429, identifying it as a Curio & Relic–eligible piece.
Included with the revolver are its original fixed sights and factory grip panels. No additional accessories or packaging are listed. The firearm retains its original steel frame, hard rubber grips (the left grip is chipped at the bottom), and standard internal components.
