"Serial number 15085. Made in 1855. 44 caliber with a 7.5" barrel. This is a relatively sharp gun. The cylinder is a replacement. There is an “E" by each of the serial numbers indicating this gun was set aside and marked to be engraved. The grips are faux ivories with an eagle and snake motif. Most of the screws are replacements. The action works perfectly. Factory engraved Colt Dragoons are exceedingly rare.
