Description:
This is a Winchester 52E. It is the very rare STANDARD Barrel version. Total 52E production was in the 2500-3000 range. Estimates are that less than 100 Standard barrels were made. This rifle is in excellent condition with excellent bluing and bore. Someone put this action into a custom checkpiece stock with whiteline buttplate which was period correct. It's a very attractive item as it now sits and it feels correct when holding it. Please ask any questions and request additional photos if needed. This is a very nice and rare item.
