Description:
The Winchester Model 21 is perhaps one of the finest side by side shotguns ever designed. However, this one has seen quite a bit of wear. Originally sold overseas, as evidenced by its English proofmarks, this Model 21 has seen quite a bit of use. This extensive use has caused quite a bit of general wear and tear, as well as some corrosion on the outside of the barrels, which appear to have been struck down and re blacked at least once. The fit of the forend metal to the receiver is also quite loose, meaning that the distance between the forend lug and receiver may have stretched somewhat. Otherwise, function appears normal although somewhat loose when the action is open. The stocks are in good condition with no apparent cracks, but are somewhat darkened by oil.
