For sale: Genuine original front hand strap (also known as wrist strap or forward grip strap) from a 1972 Powder Springs Military Armament Corporation (MAC) M10 9mm submachine gun.
This is the authentic early-production style made during the original Powder Springs, Georgia manufacturing period (pre-RPB/Cobray changes).
Features the correct metal clip/hanger attachment specific to early MAC/Powder Springs models—not the later snap-ring Cobray version. The strap is the classic short OD green/black nylon design that loops around the support hand/wrist to provide a secure forward hold and help control the notorious muzzle climb on these high-rate-of-fire icons.
These straps are frequently missing from surviving original guns, as they were simple, easily lost, or removed over the decades.
This one is in excellent original condition with no cuts, tears, or significant fading—typical light storage/age wear only. The metal clip retains strong spring tension and correct bends for proper fit on the barrel shroud slot.
