Description:
This is an excellent example of a US M1A2 Grenade Adapter with Mk II Training Grenade, although marked 1945, these were commonly considered to be post war equipment. The M1A2 rifle grenade adapter is marked "LOT UOD-500-12 1945 MOD 3-69", has the three prong configuration with cup, excellent paint with a hint of oxidation. The Mk II Training Grenade is in excellent condition, clearly marked "RFX and 5" and open bottomed. This is topped by a used M228 practice fuze in very good condition with most of the blue and brown paint.;
