Description:
This desirable Second Model 1876 Lever Action Rifle is in .45-75 caliber. It is in very good condition with a 28 inch barrel that has an oxidised bore with stron rifling. The wood shows signs of use and the metal has turned a brownish gray. It has a semi*buckhorn rear sight and a trap butt plate, (Sorry, but on cleaning rod.) It has a barley corn front sight. This is an early model 2 made in 1878. The total production of these rifles was less than 64,000. It comes with a tag that indicates it's use in India.
