After World War II, the .41 Magnum cartridge was developed for police use, offering more power and stopping ability than the prevalent .38 Special. The Smith & Wesson Model 58 was the revolver developed for the .41 Magnum, which never caught on and is now fairly rare. This example is in excellent condition and has Pachmayr Presentation grips. .41 Remington Magnum
