WWI WWII German Military Sidearm Here Ancestry Guns presents a P.08 German Luger Pistol, made circa 1914-39 in Germany. Basing his design off Hugo Borchardt’s seminal C93, Georg Luger successfully brought Borchardt’s work to practical fruition. While finding buyers for the C93 seemed an exercise in futility, the new Luger Pistol found many countries eager to test it and even adopt it. There are many variations in this field of collecting, but relatively few major changes in overall design from beginning to end. The Luger is certainly one of the most iconic firearms in history, made so by its association with Germany during both World Wars. The overall condition is very good. Refinished. The action is excellent. The bore is bright with sharp rifling. The grips have been replaced and remain solid. Own the original! This firearm is classified as a Curio & Relic. Barrel is 4 inches. Caliber: 9mm Luger Overall condition as seen in photos. Very Fast. Very Safe. FREE SHIPPING. Will need to be sent to your local FFL or C&R licensee. This firearm is classified as a Curio & Relic.
