Introduced in 2004 as a special production run as a collaboration between Smith & Wesson and Clint Smith, the founder of the Thunder Ranch training facility, to revive the classic fixed-sight .44 Special N-frame revolver. One of approximately 2,600 units produced. 4-inch tapered barrel along with a traditional fixed "gutter" rear sight and a pinned half-moon service front sight.
