This civilian model 1911 is adherent to the government specification It was manufactured in 1950, shortly after Colt added the "C suffix" to the serial number, indicating a "civilian" model The metal is nice, but there are a few scratches from handling. The grips appear nearly unused. The bore is good. .45 Auto
