Description:
The Glock 17 Gen 5 is the latest evolution of the original full-size 9mm service pistol, widely regarded as the gold standard for law enforcement and military duty. It maintains the platform's legendary reliability while introducing over 20 design changes aimed at improving accuracy, durability, and ambidextrous handling. Features enhanced polygonal rifling and a target crown for improved mechanical accuracy over previous generations. The front strap is now flat, allowing the pistol to comfortably fit a wider range of hand sizes and grip styles. Includes an ambidextrous slide stop lever and a reversible magazine catch to accommodate both right- and left-handed shooters. The magwell is slightly flared at the base to enable faster and more intuitive reloads during high-stress situations. Provides additional tactile surface for press checks and slide manipulations. Uses three independent automatic safeties (trigger, firing pin, and drop safety) to ensure the pistol will not fire unless the trigger is fully depressed 9mm Luger
