Description:
Up for grabs is a 1916 Colt Commercial Government 1911 in nice original condition and with excellent mechanics. Pictures pretty much tell the story on the finish, no surprises, has various scratches and some bluing loss and thinning, but still has probably 80% of the finish left. Bore is in nice shape, slide to frame fit is excellent and very tight, no side to side wobble, grips are original and in very nice shape, 2 tone mag is original with a little rust.
