This rifle is old stock with no back history. Minimal markings but from our research it appears to be a Marlin 1881 .45 Govt. Lever action rifle. All the bluing is gone and the metal shows heavy pitting and rust. The wood stock is in rough shape with plenty of dings but no cracks are visible. Action seems to work well. Tube mag and top ejection. Could be a nice project gun! Please understand that because of the lack of information on this gun, it is being sold AS-IS.
