I would like to offer this model 28 Marlin C- grade shotgun. This 12-gauge shotgun was the first hammerless shotgun made by Marlin. It is a slide action high grade gun. The wood on this gun is about the best I have ever seen. Check the pictures closely and see the best of the best. This is an original gun to buy this gun for $2995.00 is a really good investment. 12-gauge, serial # 7697, select fancy 5X black walnut stock and fore arm, 26-inch special order barrel with cylinder choke, Made 1914 or 1915. Matt top barrel, pistol grip stock take down gun.

Return Policy: All firearms come with a 3 day non firing, no tinkering with (turning screws, taking apart, removing parts, scoping, firing, cleaning or altering in any way)
The firearm may be returned for any reason, buy the buyer must notify the seller within three (3) calendar day inspection period.
The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a complete refund, less all shipping, transaction fees and FFL charges. On a return, the buyer must not remove the firearm from the FFL premises without approval of the seller. Once the firearm has been received by the seller and inspected, a prompt refund will be issued. Shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item. The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance. The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer. This is an inspection period only, a gun is not to be fired or disassembled. Sellers written permission is required to allow the buyer to take down a takedown model during the inspection period. Upon the receipt and inspection of the returned gun, the seller agrees to issue a prompt refund.
