Description:
Winchester Model 1897 Black Diamond Pigeon Grade from 1908. The gun has matching serial numbers but the barrel is a model 97 barrel. The gun papers to a 30" barrel. One could find a 30" barrel with the 1900 and 1906 patent proof and the gun could be made correct. The stock and forearm are deluxe AAA wood with no damage other then handeling marks. The LOP is 14" to a solid 1922 Winchester pad. Gun has standard pigeon factory engraving.
Gun will be shipped in a hard case.
