Very clean and completely honest SRC in 25-35 W.C.F. caliber.
S/N 983226 made in 1926.
Untouched original finishes remain in good shape. The barrel and mag tube show very strong blue with minimal loss, just some scattered light scratches. The other metal components show varying degrees of flaking/blue loss, the most significant being on frame and barrel bands, but there is no notable corrosion or pitting anywhere, nor any significant scrapes or mars. This carbine still retains its original sights and saddle ring.
The wood is quite fine with strong original finish, never sanded or topcoated, no cracks and minimal handling marks.
The 20" carbine barrel has a very good, bright bore with some slight roughness visible in the grooves of back half.
