Browning Model 1886, Grade 1 rifle; one of a Limited Edition run of 7000 , built By Miroku in 1986 to commerate the 100 year anniversary of the original Winchester 1886 designed by John Browning. This modern repoduction holds true to the original but with modern materials for an even stronger action capable of handling all modern , full power 45-70 big game loads. This rifle is well known for it's robust construction and it's exceptional craftsmanship ! The action is inrediably smooth!
The Barrel length is 26" , blued steel Cressent butt plate, with a full length magazine holding 9 rounds of 405 grain flat nosed cast boolits or 8 rounds of thr little longer Hoenady Leverevolution
And for the purist ... there is NO TANG SAFTY!
No box or manual but the metal remains un scratched or dinged . I can see no flaws on metel. The wood is near perfect.
The high polish bluing made it very hard to take photos ( inside or outside ) that don't show reflection like a mirrir.
I guarantee the metal is flawless and if you want another photo of any certain area, I will try to send you a nother photo from a different angle.
