I believe this is a US Model 1861 Cartridge box maker marked E Gaylord, Chicopee. The leather is pliable but is loosing some of its black color and one buckle is loose. The box measures approximately 7x51/2" the flap approximately 8x61/2". The tin boxs are missing also. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
