These features collectively make the Remington Versa Max Competition Tactical 12GA a formidable shotgun for competitive shooters and tactical operators seeking a reliable, top-tier, versatile, and user-friendly firearm.
12-gauge, 22-inch barrel semi-automatic shotgun designed for 3-gun competition. Key features include a 10+1 shell capacity, VersaPort gas system reducing recoil, and enhanced controls like an enlarged loading port, bolt release, and safety for rapid manipulation. It features a green Cerakote receiver, fiber-optic sight, and weighs approx 9.5 lbs
- VersaPort™ Gas System: This self-cleaning system regulates pressure based on shell length, enabling reliable cycling of 2¾ to 3-inch shells while significantly reducing felt recoil to that of a 20-gauge.
- Capacity & Barrel: 22-inch vent rib barrel with a 10+1 capacity (using a +2 extension).
- Competition Enhancements: Features an enlarged loading port for faster reloading, oversized bolt release button, extended charging handle, and an oversized safety.
- Sights & Optic Mount: Includes a fiber-optic front bead, a shallow rear XS express sight, and a drilled/tapped receiver for a Picatinny rail.
- Finish & Stock: Green Cerakote receiver with a black synthetic stock and over-molded grips for better handling.
