Description:
The Ruger No. 3 is the carbine length single shot, developed by Bill Ruger is his quest to develop the "fair chase" rifle for America. This one was built in 1976 and features a straight grip, walnut stock/fore end, and comes with a vintage 6x Redfield scope. It is chambered for .22 Hornet, a classic varmint and pest control cartridge that develops around 2700 fps with a 50 gr bullet. This makes it a great varmint cartridge for densely populated areas due to its low noise and accuracy. .22 Hornet
