F/S - no trades. Shilo Sharps 1874 Model rifle in 45-70 caliber. This is an early Shilo made in Farmingdale, NY. The rifle is in excellent condition with a Motana Vintage Arms 5x scope installed. The wood is a dark period correct straight grained walnut in pristine condition. The metal is also in excellent condition, with the exception of tool marks under the front scope mount, which are not visible outside of the mount base. The bore is bright with defined rifling, 30 inches in length. Two chamber casts are included, one a Cerrosafe mold, the other an impact mold. The chamber free-space measures .0125".
